Booking a private therapy session with Daren Banarsë.

We always start therapy with an initial meeting. I’ll ask you about yourself and try to get a sense of who you are, and how I can help. I’ll take a personal history, including your GP details.

This is also a chance for you to ask any questions, and address any concerns about the therapy. If we agree to go ahead, I normally suggest an initial block of eight sessions.
