Short term therapy can be as little as 8 weeks, but long term therapy is open ended. You can end therapy at any time of your choosing

What’s your cancellation policy?
New sessions are normally booked at the end of a session for the same time the following week. If you need to cancel or change the day or time of a session which you’ve booked, I’ll need 3 days notice.
For example, if you have a session booked for 6pm on a Friday, and you need to cancel or change it, you’ll need to let me know before 6pm on the proceeding Tuesday.
If you cancel or change an appointment during the 3 days before a session, I’ll have to charge the full fee.

Confidentiality is paramount to our therapy sessions. I want you be able to talk about whatever’s on your mind without restriction. Everything we discuss, and everything I learn about you will be held in the strictest confidence.

- If I think you might harm or abuse a child or vulnerable adult
- If you threaten to cause serious bodily harm to someone else
What is creative coaching?
Creativity coaching works on both an inner and outer level.
Being creative means learning to truly know yourself, to express from an authentic place. It’s a journey of removing creative blocks which stand in the way of creative potential. Learn to imagine freely without censoring, and how to access and respond to emotions and feelings.
Part of creative expression is making a space for your art in the world. This takes practical skills – problem solving, marketing and making the time and money to pursue your passions.
There’s also the process of creativity, playing with and combining ideas. Explore what drives you to make art, and be true to your artistic mission.
Everyone has the potential to be creative. I work with established artists as well as those with debilitating self doubt and imposter syndrome.
